Android P Update: Wondering what the big Android P update will look like?

Android P update

android p update

All fans of Android are eagerly awaiting the next version of its mobile operating system, Android P. If users do not yet know exactly what new products they will be entitled to with this great update, it seems nevertheless that Google has dropped a little detail on the design of his navigation bar ... and guess what? It looks suspiciously like that of Iphone X.

1) Blue Pixel color scheme.
2) Nexus-style hollow back button.
3) Pill-shaped home button?
4) No Recents ??

Twitter Ads info and privacy

Some may think it's a pure coincidence, for others it's a matter of fact: the two largest mobile operating systems, Android and iOS, never stop to inspire one and the other. And the last one to "copy" the other is none other than Android. Indeed, while we do not yet know exactly the aesthetic direction that will take Android P, the continuation of the Android Oreo, Google accidentally unveiled what the future navigation bar will look like, and it is very reminiscent of that found on the iPhone X.

A leak that speaks volumes

One might think that this is only a rumor, but a screenshot of what should look like this famous navigation bar has been published on the official Android developers blog. And just 30 minutes later, Google removed it. What to wake up suspicions ...

Finish the circular shape of the menu button

In the preliminary version of Android P, we had already seen that Google had rounded the angles everywhere. Thus, the main menu button appeared as a big round button. But in the final version, it may well be that the same button takes the form of a pill; exactly like in iPhone X.

If for the moment the way in which this bar will work is not clear, it would seem that at the level of the design, it is indeed the latter which would have been retained. Indeed, Stephen Hall, site 9to5Google, even confirmed in a tweet that he was 100% sure. He even argued that the button would disappear at times.

A first beta was unveiled in mid-March, but it will be until the next fall to discover all the news of this update. But you can hope that it is even more ergonomic than before!
